What students do
- Talk to the people affected and trace where a name lookup goes wrong.
- Look at a DNS cache and spot the poisoned record.
- Answer journal questions about what happened and why.
- Collect BITS around town to spend on cosmetic gear. Gear never changes the score.
Scoring details
- Hint 1 is free. Hint 2 costs 1 point. Hint 3 costs 3 more.
- Wrong answers and hints cost points that can never be earned back, even after a restart.
- The Bonus Challenge is at Coyote HQ and opens after the case is closed. Answers lock in when tapped, so it cannot be retaken.
Notes
- The game has a printable study guide.
- The build version shows on the title screen and in every case file, so you can tell which build a student ran.
